Kingmond Young has been a creative photographer in San Francisco since his teenage years. Kingmond's studio has been located in Bernal Heights since 1999. He began custom framing and displaying his own photography in the studio window and soon received requests from friends, neighbors and shoppers asking him to frame their artwork. Bernal Village Frame Design was started in 2015 by Mary Haley Young and Kingmond Young to fulfill the custom framing requests.
